About the Art(ist)

Hello! And welcome to my creative corner of the internet. I'm Lizzard, a painter, print-maker, fashion designer, and fiber artist. I can't stop trying new mediums and won’t stop making art.

I started on Etsy in 2016, and first got into markets at small hardcore shows and queer community events around New England. I studied foundational art principals at the Maine College of Art, and fashion design at Mass Art in Boston. My current bright rainbow vomit style developed following the pandemic, using “happy” neon colors and hyper pop to try and feel better. I'm still trying to bridge the gap between this newer bright style and the edgy gothic elements I've always loved.

Now in LA, I’m working on getting back out to markets and reaching as many people as possible with my art. Always looking to collaborate and help others achieve their vision, reach out if you'd like to work together!

Currently Working On:

  • Major Arcana Series

    A painting series inspired by tarot cards, above is the first finished piece Death. The Fool is currently in progress and I intend to get through all 22 major arcana cards.

  • Work with Bands: Forest

    Screen printing, prop fabrication, and photos for my friend and amazing alternative rock band Forest. Check them out!

  • Markets

    Hawking my wares at as many markets and events as possible. If you have an event that needs art vendors please reach out!

  • Calico Pleated Skirt

    Currently developing a knitting pattern for this skirt, along with finishing a few to list in my shop. Please reach out if you are interested in being a pattern tester!
